What does "lifetime license" mean?
You pay once and own SnapShield AI permanently. All minor updates within your tier (1.x) are included at no extra cost. Future major versions (2.0+) may be a separate purchase.
What is the difference between Lite and Pro?
Lite is free forever and includes all core annotation tools (blur, redact, highlight, arrows, text, and more), PNG/JPEG export with watermark, and auto-save. Pro ($39 one-time) removes the export watermark and unlocks everything else: AI auto-redact, sensitive data detection, batch processing, WebP/PDF export, Google Drive sync, Team Presets, and priority support.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit and debit cards, PayPal, and select regional payment methods via our payment processor.
Is there a refund policy?
Yes. All paid licenses include a 14-day no-questions-asked refund window. Just contact support with your order number within 14 days of purchase.
Can I use one license on multiple computers?
Lite covers 1 device. Pro covers 5 devices. All licenses are for personal use by a single person.
How does activation work?
Paste your license key (SSPRO-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX) into Settings → License and click Activate. Activation needs an internet connection once. After that SnapShield works offline — it re-checks the licence quietly about once a week, and keeps working for 30 days without reaching the server at all.
Is there a free trial?
There is no time-limited trial, because Lite never expires. Download SnapShield AI and use capture, annotation, manual blur and pixelate, and PNG/JPEG export for as long as you like — no credit card, no account, no countdown.
